DDA e auction third phase 2024
Delhi Development Authority is providing housing facilities for those who are looking a luxurious of 5 BHK to 2 BHK house in Delhi under DDA e auction third phase. The authority has released official notification of starting 3rd phase of registration for DDA housing scheme on 16 February 2024. After that board has started registration from 19 February, And the last date to apply online for the registration of DDA e auction third phase is 28 February 2024. However you will get the flexibility to pay the registration amount till the one March 2024. After that registration will not be accepted by the board and the e auction will be released only for registered candidates on 5 March 2024.
32000 flats will be sold out
The DDA has started Diwali special housing scheme 2023 in DDA at the occasion of Diwali. In the notification of Diwali special housing scheme, DDA has provided information of approximately 32000 flats in Delhi at different locations. These flats are prepared for multiple categories and income group person in the country including lower income group, middle income group, MIG 2, and HIG.
After that the authority has invited category wise individuals for e-auctions of the flats in DDA from January 2024. Total 274 Apartments were booked in DDA at the first phase of e-auction in DDA on 5 January 2024, after that authority had booked 707 Apartments on 5 February in the second phase and now planning to book Apartments in the third phase of the e-auction of DDA flats on 5 March 2024. However currently DDA is starting the portal only for HIG and MIG categories, but after that authority will also open portal for LIGs categories also.

Details of DDA flats in 3rd phase
The number of Apartments will be decided according to the e auction program in DDA on 5 March. There are total Three Types of Flats available in DDA currently in 3rd phase including Penthouse of 5 BHK, HIG for 3 BHK and MIG for 2BHK. As these are luxurious flats and highly demanded flats which are prepared for higher and middle income group person, so the price of these flats are also very high which are starting from 1.25 crore rupees to 5 crore rupees per house.
The range of 2 BHK flats are between 1.25 crore rupees to 1.43 crore according to the area. However the price for 3 BHK apartments in DDA are ranged between 2 crore rupees to 2.19 crore rupees and the price for 5 BHK Penthouse is available in DDA for approximately 5 crore rupees. These all flats are available in Dwarka Sector 14 and Sector 19B in Delhi.
