According to DDA officials, from November 24, people can register for 32 thousand LIG and EDWS flats. Registration of these flats has been done on “first come first serve basis“.

In this scheme, flats will be allotted through e-auction. People will be able to apply for this DDA Housing Scheme by paying the registration fee. With registration, individuals will get at least 20 days to view the flats. The e-auction flats include MIG, HIG, Super HIG, and penthouse. After viewing buyer flats you can select your location and block.

Objective of DDA Housing Scheme 2024

The main objective of the DDA Housing Scheme is to provide houses to all the people who are incapable to buy houses due to their financial conditions. Under the DDA housing scheme, the government is providing houses at cheaper rates so that everybody can have their own house.

DDA Housing Scheme Second Phase: 1100 Luxury Flats

A total of 32000 luxurious flats will be available in the second phase. These include penthouses, HIG, and Super HIG built in Dwarka Sector-19B. People will also get a golf view from many of these flats. At the same time, 316 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector-14 and 647 MIG flats in Lok Nayak Puram will also be in the scheme.

Whereas, the 28,000 flats in the first phase include 728 WS flats in Dwarka Sector-19B, 316 LIG flats, and 1008 WS flats in Sector-14. Lok Nayak Puram includes 224 WS flats.

Eligibility Criteria for DDA Housing Scheme 2024

  • The applicant should be a citizen of India.
  • The applicant should have completed at least 18 years of age.
  • Only those citizens can apply under the scheme who does not have their wife or her husband or any of his or her dependent relation including unmarried children does not own Full or in part on a freehold and leasehold basis a residential plot having an area exceeding 67 square meters. or flat/build-up to house having carpet area exceeding 67 sq.m. in the urban area of Delhi, New Delhi and Delhi cantonment.
  • Both Husband and wife can apply for flats separately subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions with the stipulation that if both are declared successful then only one shall be allocated a flat and the amount of application money of the other will be refunded.
  • Applicants can only once submit the application either in their or their own name or as a joint or co-applicant
  • The individual or joint income of the applicant applying for economically weaker section flats should not exceed 3 lakh per annum and household income should not exceed Rs 10 lakh per annum
  • There is no income criteria for other categories
  • The applicant is required to provide his or her bank account details in the application form.

  • In case of a joint application under the SC or ST reserved category, the joint applicant should be from within the family

First Come, First Serve Scheme

There are 41 such units of 3BHK configuration for sale in Jasola with a total area of ​​162-177 square meters (sq.m). The price per flat is around Rs 2.1-2.2 crore. Dwarka will have 50 units of 2BHK flats of 120 sq m each, priced at Rs 1.2-1.3 crore per unit. Payment of DDA Flats

  • Successful applicants will have 60 days after the issue of demand-cum-allotment letter to complete the payment. No interest will be charged during this period.
  • After 30 days after the interest-free period, interest at 11 percent per annum will be charged.
  • If payment is not made within 90 days of the issue of demand-cum-allotment letter, the allotment of the flat will stand canceled.

DDA House Price List 2024

The price of EWS category DDA flats in the new housing scheme ranges between Rs 7.91 lakh to Rs 12.42 lakh, while the price of LIG category flats ranges between Rs 18.10 lakh to Rs 22.80 lakh. A senior official said these flats prices are similar to those provided under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021.
