Uttarakhand Mukhyamantri Hunar Yojana will benefit in providing training for works like sewing, embroidery, knitting, plumbing, electronics etc.

Only those fulfilling the requirements prescribed for the initiative will get benefits under the Mukhyamantri Hunar Yojana:
- Candidates should be from a minority group.
- Candidates should be between 18 to 45 years old.
- Educational Qualification Required: The candidate must have passed class 5 at least.
- Educational qualification must be from Uttarakhand School Education Board or a Madarsa.
- Basic Requirement for Information Technology and IT courses: 10th pass.
